He is highly skilled in the negotiation, structuring and documentation of large complex commercial transactions including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestments.

For many years Andrew’s main area of legal practice has been in the venture capital/private equity/business acquisition fields in which he has typically acted for equity providers.  Putting together complex structuring, acquisition, divestment and operational matters involving companies, trusts, partnerships and joint ventures.  He has represented many Australian enterprises investing overseas, and many overseas investors moving into Australia.

Prior to joining Kardos Scanlan, Andrew was a senior Partner at major Australian law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
