Rob has been involved in a number of high profile M&A deals and has a particular focus on transactions involving private equity sponsors and their investee companies.

Rob regularly advises on private treaty mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, corporate reconstructions and distressed M&A.

Prior to establishing Kardos Scanlan, Rob worked in the Sydney corporate advisory group of Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
