Tim acts for a broad range of clients including private equity funds and their investee businesses, public and private Australian companies, and high net worth individuals on their investments within and outside Australia.

In addition to his legal experience Tim has over 3 years business experience as General Counsel and General Manager of Strategy at a private equity sponsored company.
