Alyssa has a wealth of experience across a broad range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions., corporate restructurings and corporate advisory matters.

Alyssa graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Law before completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and eventually the Masters of Law at the Australian National University.  She was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017.

In April 2021, Alyssa joined Kardos Scanlan as a lawyer.  Prior to this, she worked as a corporate lawyer in a boutique firm specialising in equity capital markets, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
