Ivan specialises in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions and M&A matters, with a particular focus on private acquisitions and disposals, private equity, joint ventures, management incentive plans, corporate restructures and general corporate advice in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, general industrials and financial services. Ivan also regularly advises clients in respect of Australia’s foreign investment rules.

Ivan is qualified in NSW and New York, and prior to joining Kardos Scanlan worked in the M&A teams at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Sydney and Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
