She has experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital raising and corporate finance transactions.  She also regularly advises clients in relation to a broad range of corporate advisory matters.

Natalie graduated from Macquarie University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2019.

Prior to joining Kardos Scanlan in December 2021, Natalie trained and worked across the M&A and banking & finance teams at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
