She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of industries on the buy and sell side. Nikki is known for her commercial approach to matters and her strategic approach to complex litigation in all facets of employment law.

Prior to joining Kardos Scanlan, Nikki was in-house counsel and company secretary in a large food manufacturing company for seven years and held senior executive roles in large Australian businesses prior to that.

Nikki has degrees in both law and business (industrial relations), holds a masters degree in industrial relations, and has completed the AICD Company Directors Course.
