He has worked in the legal global market for the last 20 years at firms including Corrs, Norton Rose and most recently Bird & Bird. He joined Kardos Scanlan in Feb 2022 coming from Bird & Bird where he was a Senior Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Division leading the firm’s China and Pacific business groups in Australia.

Anthony advises national and international clients with a specific focus on clients in Asia Pacific (primarily Australia, China and Papua New Guinea).  Anthony acts for both Government and Private enterprises on various transactions and projects.

Anthony’s experience has involved advising clients on corporate and commercial matters including advising on acquisition and merger laws, corporate law including corporate governance, foreign ownership, shareholder arrangements, shareholding issues including buy-backs and reductions, and corporate restructures.  He has expertise in managing complex transactions for clients in respect of the provision of legal services together with other professional services.
