He is known as a trusted advisor providing practical, insightful and commercially minded advice across a wide range of complex transactions. Lyle acts for clients across the spectrum – from private clients to large multinationals – each of whom receive the full benefit of his many years’ experience and close attention to detail.

Lyle has extensive experience in the sale and acquisition of shares, business and other high-value assets, the sale, acquisition and leasing of commercial property, advising on corporate structures, and the negotiation and drafting of all manner of commercial contracts.

He is also known for his work with private clients including in relation to the establishment of trusts, including unit trusts, discretionary trusts and hybrid trusts, and is often asked to advise and act for clients in relation to business succession planning, estate planning and probate matters.

Lyle has experience working with clients in the healthcare, food, insurance and renewable energy industry sectors.
