He has experience across a broad range of commercial matters, including regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions and financial services.

In 2019, Nicholas graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020 and recently completed his Master of Laws.

Nicholas joined Kardos Scanlan as a lawyer in July 2024 after previous roles at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and an overseas secondment as an advisor at an international not-for-profit organisation.
